Chicken and Mushroom Bake is one of our most simple and yet tasty dishes.
This easy peasy recipe is a breeze to make and requires almost no preparation. You just need to mix soup and milk together in a bowl and you’re good – but we’re sure everyone will love it!
If you want to add veggies, go right ahead as this recipe is just a base. You can also serve steamed or roast veggies on the side!

Method

Preheat oven to 170C.

Mix soup and milk together in a medium bowl or jug.

Place chicken drumsticks in a medium-sized baking dish and lightly coat with garlic salt.

Pour over the soup mix and sprinkle paprika over the chicken drumsticks (this will help them to brown in oven).

Bake for 90 minutes uncovered in oven.
