Cheesy Beef Puffs are brilliant for using up leftover mince…
I used Mexican mince (with onion and spices) and the whole family absolutely gobbled them up! If you’re looking for a yummy, easy-to-eat appetizer, look no further than these puffs! These bite-sized morsels are made with a flaky puff pastry crust and a mouthful of meat and cheese. They’re perfect for parties or game-day gatherings, and they’re best served hot off the oven.
