One of our many Ball recipes, no cooking, easy to make these Bountiful Bounty Balls are sure to be a hit! Bounties are my favourite chocolate so needless to say these made me weak at the knees!

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together. Stir in chopped Bounty Bars.

  2. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.

  3. Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in coconut and set aside on plate.

  4. Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.

  5. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Bounty Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
