Beef Kofta with Tzatziki is an Egyptian blend of cumin, coriander, paprika and garlic mixed with minced beef, skewered and served with tzatziki.
Method
Mix together McCormick Beef Kofta with Tzatziki recipe base, minced beef and half of the chopped parsley in a large bowl. Divide the beef kofta mixture into 12 portions and form the mixture around the top of each skewer.
To make the tzatziki, mix together the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown koftas (approx. 5 minutes each side).
Sprinkle the remaining parsley on a flat serving dish and arrange the beef koftas on top of the parsley. Spoon the tzatziki on top of each kofta and serve with a side salad.
