Whisk eggs, cream and milk together and set aside.
Cut garlic bread up into strips and lay in rows in a medium size baking dish.
Sprinkle ham, tomatoes and spinach on top garlic bread.
Pour egg mix over bread and top with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove foil cook for a further 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
