This is a Basic Muffin Base recipe. You can add your own ingredients and create the perfect muffin for you! If you want a savoury muffin – just omit the sugar, if you want it fruity, add your favourite fruit! The options are pretty much endless. So be creative and enjoy!
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line muffin tray with patty cases, or spray lightly with Canola oil.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until just combined.
Spoon mixture into patty cases until 3/4 full.
Bake for approx 20 minutes.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
Basic Muffin Recipe is suitable to freeze for up to three months.
Just make sure you seal them tightly in GLAD Snap Lock Bags!
