Truly wicked! This Banoffee Pie is easy to put together and totally divine…

It only takes 10 minutes from start to finish to make this Banoffee Pie in a glass – if you don’t cool the caramel first!

It takes less than 10 minutes to gobble everything up because it is seriouslyyyy sooo goood.

Method

  1. Arrange four perfectly cleaned glasses on your bench top.

  2. Break the biscuits up and distribute them evenly amongst the four glasses.

  3. Next is time to make the caramel topping. Pour the two tins of condensed milk into a large, clear microwave proof container.

  4. Watching it very carefully, microwave until it bubbles up to the top - then stop and use a whisk to whip the caramel.

  5. It will almost 'curdle' every time you do this. Keep a close eye on it or it will boil over and make a big mess.

  6. Keep boiling and whisking.  After about 10 minutes you will notice the milk turning a slightly darker colour - and it thickening.

  7. When it reaches this stage, remove from the microwave and stir in the banana pieces.

  8. Cool slightly (10 minutes) and pour the caramel evenly over the biscuits.

  9. Whip the cream and pipe on top and add some chocolate for decoration.

  10. Serve immediately.

  11. Naughty!
