  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda

  • 2 Egg Whites

Banana Oat Bites

Banana Oat Bites are great for kids lunches – they can even help you make them! They’re cute little sweet treats!  They can be made in huge batches and frozen too!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  5. Put 2 tablespoons full of mixture into each section of a well greased muffin tin, or use patty cake liners.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Banana Oat Bites are not suitable for freezing.
  • Store in fridge in air tight container for up to four weeks.
