These Banana and Oats Smoothie is a delicious breakfast or snack for when you want to fill up your tummy quick.
It is also a great option for when you’re feeling a little constipated. Banana and Oats contain fibre which can totally help improve digestion and push things out a little faster, you know what I mean? *wink*
Method
Blend together with a handful of ice. The oats give it a lovely thick texture and is very good for you.
