Another one of our favourite balls – Mocha Coconut Balls..
If you don’t know already, we have a bit of an obsession with decadent balls here at Stay at Home Mum!
These balls are the best of chocolate and coffee and the added cherries make for a taste sensation.
Method

Cream together butter and icing sugar.

Add coconut, rolled oats and coffee and mix well.

Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.

Melt chocolate and coat balls then top with a walnut or cherry.

Recipe Hints and Tips:
- For a variation, mold the mixture around a walnut or whole glace cherry before coating with chocolate
- Recipe is suitable for freezing. Layer between sheets of baking paper and seal in an air tight container in the freezer for up to two months.
