Fruit and Nut Snack Bliss Balls
These Fruit and Nut Snack Bliss Balls are a fantastic healthy snack when you’re on the run! This recipe makes about 15 to 20 balls of goodness!
Method
Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor and blend until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the water a little at a time and continue to process until just sticky enough to roll into balls.
Roll the mixture into firm balls, (wet hands can help here!) coat with desiccated coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
They are so easy to make and you can add just about anything to the mix to give them a personal touch. Kids love them in bite-size portions and they are fantastic for snacks on the go!
