Method

Preheat Oven to 200 degrees

Place Pears on baking tray and drizzle with honey and thyme

Bake for 10-15 then allow to cool

In a bowl add Gorgonzola and walnuts together

Once pear is cool, add cheese mix and top with extra thyme and a drizzle of honey.
