In a bowl, mix together the breast milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Tightly seal the bowl and prepare a larger bowl.

Place crushed ice in the larger bowl and put the smaller one inside, then add some more crushed ice on the empty spots. Sprinkle salt on the top of the bowl. (You can also use ziplocks instead of bowls)

Roll the bowls back and forth until the texture starts to thicken, do this for around 10 minutes and until the mixture forms into an ice cream-like texture.

You can also put the mixture into popsicle molds and then serve it as popsicles.
