These Apricot Balls are easy to make, delicious and a time honoured Christmas Tradition in my family. But they taste just as good any time of the year. lol

Method

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients.

  2. Using a teaspoon full of mixture, roll a tight ball and then roll in the extra coconut.

  3. Place on a plate and refrigerate the apricot balls for a couple of hours.

  4. Tim Tam Balls

  5. Rum Balls

  6. Milo Balls

  7. Chocolate Condensed Milk Balls

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Apricot Balls are suitable to freeze for up to four weeks.
  • Layer between baking paper sheets and freeze in an airtight container.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
