This 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pot Roast is a recipe that all mums should learn to make. There are so many things I love about it!
Pot Roasts have gotten a bad rap over the years. But I really love them. They are cheap, and with a few easy added ingredients, it can turn into something quite wonderful. I came across this to-die-for Pot Roast from Call me PMC. For a richer roast, try adding two tablespoons of crushed garlic!
Method
Turn slowcooker on low.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast then sprinkle the onion soup mix over roast.
Cook on low 8 hours.
Serve hot.
