50 Things on My Mind During the Madness of Christmas Eve!
Christmas Eve can always be pretty chaotic, but it’s also so much fun! I never seem to know what’s running through my mind whenever this time of year arrives. From finding the perfect gifts for everyone to decking the halls, there are so many things to remember and do before Santa arrives.
I think about Christmas movies, snowflakes falling outside my window, setting up a fun evening with family and friends, and even making sure I’m dressed in my holiday best when the clock strikes midnight!
But no matter what’s on my mind during the madness of Christmas Eve, I always keep one thing at the top of that list – love. Because no matter what happens or how hopelessly chaotic it all may feel, love will always make it count!
The final run into Christmas Day is always hectic.

Christmas is always a special time for families; however, it can be mentally and physically taxing when there are only 24 hours until the big event! With so much to do, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed on Christmas Eve.
My mind is typically running a mile a minute and I find myself thinking about all sorts of things from making sure I have enough wrapping paper, to ensure I’ve mailed out those last few cards. It may feel like chaos but it’s also one of my favorite nights preparing for the holiday.
Whether eagerly awaiting the arrival of Santa Claus or toe-tapping to carols on the radio, I manage to get through this crazy evening with a smile on my face.
In the end, no matter what is on my list or what kind of frenzy I might be in before midnight strikes, I know that once Christmas has arrived, it will be time for something even better: joy and relaxation!
