In terms of money spent, and bang for the buck, it seems the Ahmed family of Cairo win. To feed 12 people on less than USD$70 a week is pretty impressive. Even more impressive is the great dietary balance we’re seeing here, from fresh fruits and vegetables, to meats and grains. Not much processed at all.
