The family moves from Chicago to the Ozarks to try and get away but the cartel follows.
An excellent, excellent series – comparable to Breaking Bad.
Ozark is currently in the fourth and final season (part 1 has viewed, part 2 is still to come!).

I absolutely love this show – it is dark, totally un-politically correct and frankly hilarious. Set in an alternate universe where some people are born with superpowers. The ‘Top Dogs’ of the Superheros are called ‘The Seven’ – and these are the king of the superhero’s – they are also totally corrupt and morally bankrupt.
After one of the superheroes kills his wife, a vigilante vows to take down ‘The Seven’ and show the world who and what they really are.
Jensen Ackles is set to appear in Season 3 as Soldier Boy – so stay tuned!

Antony Starr is ‘Homelander’ – a ‘Dark Superman’ and he is just evil – you love to hate him.

The Newsrooms won 1 Primetime Emmy, 9 wins, and 33 nominations – so we all can’t be wrong!

Ncuti Gatwa who plays Eric has a smile that lights up the room. I think he is going to be a huge star!

It is British. Gillian Anderson is smoking hot in a jumpsuit and the cringeworthy moments are hysterical.

I’ll admit that it took me about four goes of this tv series to get into it – before I was totally hooked. Season one is SLOW – but I do promise you it gets better – and totally addictive!
The Dutton’s own the largest ranch in Montana, and everyone is trying to take it away from them. Property Developers, the Indians and those who are just jealous of the massive land-holding.
What You Will Love About It:
Beth Dutton is just a bad-ass bitch that you grow to love. She is filthy-mouthed and is the toughest Dutton of them all!
There is now a spin-off to Yellowstone called 1883 (on Paramount Plus) that is the beginning of the Dutton Family story.
23. Utopia (UK) (2013-2014)

The US has now released their version of Utopia starring John Cusack – mehhhh – nothing beats the British version I’m sorry!
What You Will Love About It:
This series is so dark, the characters are just plain evil with no apologies. British TV series are always outstanding and this is one that frequently gets overlooked – but it shouldn’t!

Now, this took me a few episodes to get into – but once I was – I was blown away by just how much I utterly adored this series. It didn’t win 7 Emmy’s for anything! The story is about an uber-rich family that loses everything and so the family has to move to ‘Schitt’s Creek’ – a tiny town that they bought as a joke. Now they must re-build their lives whilst living in a motel room.

The love story, the relationships, the ‘Ewwwww David!’.

What To Love About Billions:
You don’t have to know much about finance to follow the story. Much like Yellowstone, but instead of a ranch, it is a hedge fund.
