I wish I could say we can have it anytime of the day but experst said it’s best to eat it in the morning hours. Eating it in moderation contributes to longevity and health.
9. Meat
Vegan diet has been increasingly popular nowadays and love for meat has become diminishing. But eating meat is not evil as you think since our metabolic functions can be attributed to the protein, iron and zinc that are found in meat. Our meat consumption is advantageous to our body if eaten during lunch.
