9. Hydrolyte

Hydrolyte can be bought in an icy pole form or a mixture to add to water and will rehydrate you after you have lost so much liquid and nutrients due to diarrhoea. If your little one is under the age of six months and has diarrhoea, then contact your doctor or emergency department as they may require intravenous fluid to keep up their hydration levels.
