5. Limit Number of Drinks
Limit yourself to less than one drink per hour use a stopwatch if you have to!
6. Carbonated Drinks
Carbonated drinks can speed up the absorption of alcohol. Try to avoid them.
7. Sweet Foods
Sweet drinks and sugary foods make it difficult for you to judge the amount of alcohol you are consuming. Try to avoid these as well.
8. Keep Track
To keep track of how much you are drinking, don’t let your waiter fill your glass whenever it is almost empty. Don’t get into “shouts” at the bar. It will be very easy to lose track of your drinks AND your money!
