via cinamonkino.lv

This theory suggests that Ice Age is set in the future after humans have resurrected dinosaurs. Humans have also started building spaceships, but a nuclear war breaks out leaving only a few humans, reduced to live like Neanderthals. The ice age is brought on by a nuclear winter. Evidence given to support this theory includes the fact that humans are only seen in the first film and human history does not correspond to the events shown in the film.

This very sad fan theory claims that Carl died in his sleep shortly after his wife Ellie, and being told that he has to give up their house and live in a retirement home.

Thus, the entire movie is actually Carl’s journey through the afterlife with Russell acting as his guardian angel. Russell is thought to have taken the form of a child since Carl and Ellie never could have children. The house represents the last of the physical realm and Paradise Falls represents heaven.

We all know the story about all the crazy events that happened to those kids in the chocolate factory in the original 1971 film. The theory was that these were no accidents, that Willy Wonka knew what was going to happen all along. This is proven when, after Augustus falls into the chocolate lake and gets sucked up into the pipe, the group boards the boat to go through the tunnel. A closer look reveals that there are only enough seats for the current group. Later in the movie, as the group travels on the car that shoots out cream, there are only four seats. The mystery remains around why Willy Wonka wanted the children to die.

Was Aladdin set in the future? Apparently so, as some fans theorise. In the movie, the genie calls Aladdin’s clothes “so third century” and the genie had been stuck in the bottle for 10,000 years. The genie also makes so many pop culture references.

13. Winnie the Pooh

via pooh.wikia.com

The entire cast of Winnie the Pooh are actually representations of mental disorders. An article by the Canadian Medical Association diagnosed each of the central characters with a different psychological disorder. Pooh has ADHD OCD, and Impulsive tendencies, Eeyore is clinically depressed, Piglet has Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Owl is Dyslexic and Tigger has ADHD. Christopher Robin is schizophrenic and the other characters are manifestations of his own imagination. The different animals represent Christopher’s own struggles as a child learning to function socially and interact with the outside world.
