9. Walk Each Aisle At The Shop
Next time you go shopping, boost your step count by walking up and down each aisle in the grocery store, even if you need nothing down those aisles. Obviously, this takes more time, but you’d be surprised how big those shops are!
10. Wander In The Mall
Just in case you didn’t realise it already, our shopping centres are really big. If you have time to spare and you want to boost your steps, take a wander in one. People watch, window shop, or simply have a look around, all while increasing your daily step count.
