You don’t need to be rocking a six-pack to enjoy some sex, but getting regular exercise makes more of a difference than you think. Too often, it’s neglected to make more time for sex, but when the libido has dipped, that time makes no difference. Regular exercise increases blood flow, creates an endorphin rush, and just makes everything feel so damn good!

Weight by itself can have an effect on libido because the increase in fat cells can change the balance of sex hormones in our bodies. However, that’s not really the main reason that gaining weight can lessen your sex drive. Weight also impacts on a person’s emotional state and physical health, making them feel less motivated or less confident to have sex regularly.
