3. Someone Is Snoring
Snoring, whether it’s from sleep apnea or otherwise, can cause distrupted sleep for both parties. If you’re the one that’s snoring you could have sleep apnea, which depletes female testosterone and in turn, desire. If it’s your partner that’s snoring, they keeping you up is messing with point number one.
4. You’re Stressed
You might be surprised at just how much an effect your personal stress can have on your sex life. Stress is a massive mood killer, but because the source of that stress isn’t always clear, it’s hard to know where to start in combating it. So if you think it’s stress that’s killing your bedroom loving, have a chat to your partner or even a counsellor about how you feel.
