Of course, most kinds of yoghurt still helps as they’re a good source of calcium. Mums should be consuming a pretty decent amount of calcium in their pregnancy diet, as both you and your baby really need it. If you don’t eat enough, your baby will take priority, which could leave your bones in ill-health.
