10. Colourful Fruits & Veggies
Colour is always the best thing to add into your diet, as long as it’s as natural as possible! That means lots of red, orange, yellow, green, purple and white fruits and vegetables are just the thing to ensuring both you and your baby are getting a wide variety of good nutrients. Different colours generally mean different vitamins and minerals, so get out there and make sure you’re eating as much of the produce rainbow as possible. As a bonus, remember that in the later stages of your pregnancy, baby can taste what you’re eating through amniotic fluid, so that variety might make your child less of a fussy eater later on.
