New South Wales

- Tresillian – which also provides the Tresillian Parent’s Help Line on 1300 272 736 and Live Advice.

- Parent Line offers counselling and information over the phone. Call 1300 130 052. Online counselling will be available from August 25, 2015.

- Queen Elizabeth II Family Centre managed by the Canberra Mothercraft Society.

Victoria

- Mercy Health O’Connell Family Centre which offers some parenting courses.

- Parentline run by BoysTown, Parentline offers over the phone counselling and information (phone 1300 301 300).
- Triple P Parenting Program a parenting course aimed at managing behaviour and raising confident children. The program is currently being offered free to Queensland parents.
Western Australia

- Ngala which also offers a range of free workshops, face-to-face or telephone consultations, a telephone helpline (phone 08 9368 9368 or 1800 111 546 for country areas) and online resources.

- Parenting WA Coordinators a free service, which doesn’t require a referral and includes one-on-one support as well as parenting programs and workshops.
- Parenting WA Line a 24-hour parenting support and information service. Phone 08 6279 1200 or 1800 654 432.
South Australia

- Parenting Centres these are day stay centres, which provide support and education to parents.

- Parentline based in Queensland and run by BoysTown. Parentline offers over the phone counselling and information (phone 1300 301 300).

- Baby Steps a free online program, funded by beyondblue and created by the Queensland University of Technology.
- healthdirect Australia call 1800 022 222 for health advice at any time of the night or day.
