If you need a little help enticing kids to put down the smartphone or tablet, play equipment can be a real winner. Setting up a swing set or exploring different playsets is a fantastic way to promote active fun outdoors.

2. Get crafty
Curious young minds love to create! Setting up a space where children can keep their creativity flowing and get a little messy will keep them busy for hours. It’s a wonderful way to fuel their creativity and provide an outlet to express themselves.
Whether it’s painting, drawing, origami, or clay – crafts teach kids that the possibilities are endless if they use imagination. Just don’t forget to join in the fun with your own craftwork!
