3. Make a Daily To-Do List.
These are great to priorities and actually see the progress. Plus, the feeling of checking off each realistic item gives you a sense of achievement and success that acts as motivation and stimulation to get things done. A to-do List will help you feel productive about your day. Seeing what you have accomplished is gratifying and motivating. Reward yourself for accomplishing your daily to-do list. This should be something small and simple such as a half hour of relaxation after a long day or a glass of wine once all the work is completed. This will keep you motivated and on track throughout the week.
4. Take advantage of your high level energy time.
This is different for everyone. While some work best in the morning, others are energised after a big meal or a workout. Work your schedule around this. For example, you may want to get all your cleaning done in the morning before your energy runs out for the day.
5. Learn how to say no.
If you simply don’t have time to do something, then don’t do it. You deserve a break too.
