Listerine is a great way to freshen your breath.
But did you know that there are a number of other use listerine than just as a simple mouthwash? Here are some of them!
1) Relieves toothache.
Dab some Listerine to relieve the pain.
2) Use listerine as a deodorant.
You can spray or dab Listerine on your underarm and use it as deodorant!
3) Gets rid of smelly feet.
Just soak your feet in Listerine. It gets rid of toe and nail fungus, too! Just don’t do it for too long, otherwise, you might turn your feet blue!
4) Gets rid of dandruff.
Massage mouthwash into your scalp. Then it rinse out with your normal shampoo.
5) Gets rid of lice!
Soak your head in Listerine and gather the hair in to a bun or a shower cap if you have short hair. Let it stay for an hour and then rinse with water. You can also add white vinegar and massage it on your hair for another hour to make sure those buggers let go for good.
6) Relieves allergies.
Allergies? Bee and wasp sting? Poison ivy? Treat it with Listerine to relieve the pain.
7) Heals bruises.
For those of you who bruise easily, dab Listerine on a cotton ball and apply it to a bruised area to make the blood flow and heal the bruise faster.
8) Protects blisters from infections.
Use Listerine to keep blisters from getting infected.
9) Cleans your toothbrush too!
Soak your toothbrush in Listerine to get rid of germs.
10) Get rid of garbage can odours.
Get rid of odours by pouring a 1/2 cup of Listerine to the garbage can. Some soak a piece of paper or a cotton ball in Listerine and put it at the bottom of the garbage can.
11) Cleans cuts and scratches.
In fact, Listerine was created in 1879 to be used as a surgical antiseptic.
