One mum from Perth has taken to TikTok to share her genius solution for removing unwanted artwork.
Liesl Elizabeth, who uses the handle @cleanfreak_cleaningco, posted a video of her trick for making pen marks disappear using a common hair product that you will most likely already have in the bathroom.
Liesl demonstrates how a spray of Schwarzkopf hair spray helped lift the pen mark right off her grey couch.
Removing red stains from the carpet
Another TikTok user, @cleanthatup, posted a video showing how he got rid of dark red stains on his carpet using the steam from a hot iron.
He sprayed carpet stain remover onto the affected area and then placed an old cloth on top. Once he done this, he took his iron (using the steam setting) and went over the red stain. It wasn’t long until the stain disappeared.
