Toothpaste is not just for cleaning teeth — it does have a few other uses and I am about to let you ten of them!
Now when I say you can use toothpaste for other things besides brushing your chompers, bear in mind I don’t mean that you should use the most expensive minty gel with glitter stuff, I mean just the cheap white stuff, OK? Right then, here we go!
1. Smelly Hands
If you have smelly hands and fingers after cutting up garlic, onion or fish, simply scrub your hands with a bit of toothpaste for a couple of minutes and your hands will be fresh again!

Toothpaste is really effective at removing some stains on clothing. Just apply a small amount of toothpaste directly to the stain, rub until the stain begins to disappear, then wash as usual. Just don’t use whitening toothpaste as this could actually bleach your clothes!

Toothpaste is especially good at removing crayon from walls, so if your little ones have decided to do a Picasso job on your walls, just apply a bit of toothpaste to the crayon with a damp cloth and rub gently until it’s all gone!

Toothpaste can be used to defog swimming or scuba diving goggles. Rub a small amount of toothpaste into the goggle lenses and then rinse. Just don’t do it too vigorously as it can scratch your goggles if you’re too rough. Use the same principle to defog your bathroom mirrors!
5. Remove Drink Rings
If you have those nasty looking rings on your coffee table from glasses being left on there without a drink coaster, you can remove those with toothpaste! Simply apply a little toothpaste to the drink ring, and gently rub with a damp cloth until it’s all gone, then wipe off the excess toothpaste.
