I am at the point of my life where I need to multi-task during trips to the bathroom.
I feel like every single minute of my life should be utilised fully. For example, if I’m going to go to the kitchen to fetch a glass of water, I should be able to take everything else that I need from the kitchen so that I wouldn’t have to make a second trip.
Fetching the mail and taking out the rubbish should be perfectly timed to avoid wasting time. And everyone must be nagged to death to keep the house tidy. Oh what a wonderful life to be living!
So we thought of all the little things that make our lives as a mum a little bit easier. Do you spend, like, 30 minutes looking all over the house for a spare battery? Or does it frustrate you if Legos and colouring pencils are scattered all over the floor, being a security threat in the process? Or do you always have to spend time looking for correct flip flop pairs? Well, we think there’s no need for us to suffer. Here are pretty basic but brilliant life hacks for busy mums!
1. An organising caddy for your batteries
Have all your batteries in the one place – no more searching the house for them! Grab an organising caddy from the local hardware store or cheap shop – they make sorting your batteries easy – and it keeps them all in one place!
