2. Chocolate Fudge
Easy Peasy Chocolate Fudge is one the easiest chocolate fudge recipes I have come across.
You Will Need:
- 3 cups Chocolate Bits
- 395 grams Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Almonds chopped
Method:
- Place the first 3 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on medium power for 3 4 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
- Mix the almonds in
- Line a rectangular pan with bake & cooking paper and add the mixture.
- Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
Hints and Tips:
- This fudge recipe can be frozen. To store frozen, cut the fudge into squares. Wrap each individual piece in cling crap and place in a snap lock bag, squeezing all the air out of the bag before sealing. Bags are thicker than ordinary freezer bags which will help protect against freezer burn for longer and also come with a secure lock guarantee so you can easily take one or two out at a time and reseal without comprising on freshness. Keep in the freezer for up to four weeks.
- To give your fudge as a gift, you will want to ensure it stays fresh but also looks pretty. We love wrapping ours in bake & cooking Paper. The non-stick coating makes it ideal to use when working with sticky sweets and the slight transparency is perfect when gift wrapping your festive treats! Simply cut a square of bake paper large enough to wrap your fudge square, twist each end closed (like a lolly wrapper) and secure each end with ribbon or twine.
