Sex Challenge Day 7: Yoni/Lingham Massage (slow and steady)
A Yoni or Lingham Massage is a massage focused exclusively on the vagina with breathing exercises done at the same time. The whole point of the massage is the slow build up and the journey, not so much about reaching orgasm as quickly as possible. The Yoni Massage is focused on the woman’s genitals, and the Lingham is the male version.
Set the Scene:
Before undertaking a Yoni or Lingham Massage, ensure both participants are freshly showered (and all fingernails are nice and short!). Dim the lights slightly, ensure you have a good door lock and you have lots of water-based lubricant on hand. Make sure the room is a nice temperature and even put on a bit of soft music if you are into that.
How to Give a Yoni Massage:
- Sit together naked, facing each other, and bring your breathing together, nice deep breaths.
- Inhale deeply for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds.
- Once the both of you are in tune, start touching the naval and stomach areas and slowly work your way down.
- Ensure you use plenty of lubricant for this massage or it will be uncomfortable.
- Start slowly exploring your partner’s genitals, seeing what they respond to.
- Do some small circular movements around the clitoris, then back off and repeat.
- See where it goes!
How to Give a Lingham Massage:
- Have the male (Lingham is specifically a male massage) lie back on the bed with a pillow under his head and his legs spread apart.
- Sit in between his legs for easy access to his genital area.
- Ensure you have plenty of lubricant on your hands before touching the genitals.
- Start with gently massaging his testicles and his perineum (which is the area between the ball sack and the anus). Be very gentle.
- Work your way around to the penis and try different massage techniques that he seems to like.
- If he seems to get close to orgasm quickly, back off a little, and again work your way up to that point.
