Sex Challenge Day 13: Have a Quickie

The thing about sex is that it doesn’t have to be long to be good!  In fact, the quickie is a perfect pick me up, ideal for busy people and helps keep the spontaneity alive within your relationship.

Did you know?

A quickie can boost your immune system, relieve stress, helps strengthen muscles (depending on the sexual positions you might have more of a workout), and help with bladder control as it is super helpful working out the pelvic floor muscles.

So now you know how good having a quickie is you need to arrange more!

Here is some inspiration for quickie sex positions

How to organise a Quickie:

  1. Choose the right time and place for your erotic encounter. It could be a quick session in the shower, after your home from dropping the kids off at school, or when the kids go to bed. Use a room that you wouldn’t normally use for sex – the unexpected is what is exciting with a quickie. How about the bathroom or the kitchen?
  2. Remember touch is important to set the mood – touch their legs, neck, face, and genitals to get them in the mood.
  3. Talk to your partner and tell them what you are doing and going to do… this will help with the anticipation and make them so ready for sex.
  4. Use your imagination – add an element of fantasy to make it even more of an adventure.
  5. Anything goes with a quickie – Enjoy and have fun.
  6. The joy of the quickie means that it keeps you both connected. Don’t worry if you didn’t get it right the first time or if the room wasn’t as expected, pick another time and day and give it another shot!
