Have I told you that I looove Halloween? Uh not yet?
Well, you read it and I think that Halloween is such a sexy season!
Did I also mention that I have this huuuuge thing for makeup? Well I guess that Halloween and makeup are a cool tandem alongside cinnamon buns and pumpkin spice lattes. I’m sorry, I sound like a hipster, but a girl is a girl!
Okay so when it’s Halloween, we often think about costumes right? What if instead of donning creepy crawlies and ghoulish garb, we focus on our faces and make a miracle out of it? Ha, interesting right? I told you, Halloween is bland without makeup (and yeah, trick or treat).
Here are some of the most beautiful makeup looks you could try doing this Halloween season:
This multi-coloured skull look is the bomb! Go out-of-this-world literally by pulling off this galaxy makeup look. Whip out your glittery purples and blues and be the galactic Picasso.
Well, this version 2.0 of the galaxy face is pretty cool, too. It’s not over the top and does not cover your whole face, so your beautiful features are still seen upfront.
This pop art look will be a winner! Kids will surely ogle at you like you’re a cartoon heroine or something. Whip out your trusty and smudge-proof black and white eyeliners and a bold lip color.
Yes, comical but breath taking.
How cute and classy is this drawn on masquerade piece? Just by using your trusty black eyeliner and some embellishments, you could be the masquerade princess of the night!
I never knew that splattering your face with eyeshadow or facepaint could be this sexy! Top it with charcoal coloured lips and you’re good to go for Trick or Treat.
This cool, cracked and 3-dimensional look is the bomb! Beautifully made, but will still creep the shizz out of the kids.
Going Josie and the Pussycats for Halloween? Try this leopard look right here. It will make everyone go “meow!”
This rosy pink and purple Dia de los Muertos inspired makeup look is stunning!
How about some Poison Ivy? Tell your best friend that she should be Harley Quinn.
Yes, just like this twisted-yet-sexy clown version of Joker’s puddin’.
Whoever said that flowers are boring haven’t seen this yet. Well, set aside some of the flowers that you will be taking to your loved ones’ graves and use ’em to create a floral crown such as this one, because this Halloween, you shall be a sexy mystical faerie!
Skulls are a tad more glamorous!
I’m telling ya!
This skull-face with golden lids is super fabulous!
Ever heard of the worldwide clown outbreak? Well, here’s a sexy version and you could be like her this Halloween.
Or you could be the female version of Rudolph – the sexy reindeer. Bahaha!
Everybody will admire this classic Morticia Addams look.
Who said that blue hair is just a fad? Not at all! Especially during Halloween and if pair with a Mexican inspired clown look.
Or yeah, you could whip out those cat-eye lenses paired with a fierce cat-eyeliner for a realistic Halloween cat.
This mermaid look that has a lot of golds and purples is also a winner. The fancy starfish hair clip completes the whole look.
Remember everyone’s favourite SnapChat filter? Why don’t you recreate it using some bright coloured lip liners or face paint?
Be a modern-day femme Pinnochio by sporting this marionette makeup look. Now you’d only need someone to work your strings!
Well, this one is literally “crying with the stars.” Love the purple lip!
Sorry folks, but mermaids are always a hit!
This “cracked-porcelain doll” look is just sooo appropriate! Reminds me of Angelique in “Dark Shadows.” Pretty and lethal!
Or just be a pretty scary Scarecrow? Classic!
Torn between being alive and being dead? Try this half-and-half look, because we just gotta have the best of both worlds at times, eh?
Ugh, just toooo real (and too sexy)! I kinda feel like touching it. Lol!
Sexy, melty goodness!
Be the best of both worlds, ALWAYS! But not really Jekyll and Hyde level, okay?
I told ya, black and gold is the shizz!
You could also opt to dye your hair a pastel colour and paint on some exaggerated eyelashes for that modern Lolita look.
Cats are always a thing during the Halloween. Why don’t you be a pink Cheshire this year?
This drawn-on mask which shows realistic lace patterns is too sexy not to flaunt during Hallow’s Eve.
Take a mermaid, add a whole lotta punk rock to it and this is what you get. Sassy and feisty!
Or we could go for a female Spiderman. Does “Spiderwoman” ring a bell?
Well if you’re gonna have an alter ego, go ahead and be the spawn of Satan. I mean, it should be fun and you’ll creep everyone out for sure.
But if I were you, I’d go full on lioness because Halloween should be fiery and glittery like that.
So whip out the makeup haul that you were hiding for the whole year, because this Halloween is gonna be so much fun!
