3. Water flavoured popsicles!
Get your favourite cordial or fruit and mix with water. Easy as pouring into an ice block mould freezing and you have popsicles. Get even more creative with different colours and flavours in cool ice block moulds.
4. Boozing and water
On nights out to save yourself from a hangover try and drink one glass of water for every alcoholic drink. You won’t even know you’re drinking water and your head will thank you for it in the morning. If a glass of water is too much, trying having a shot of water.
5. Water with chocolate cake
This is a new one, but a goody. Sip water when you’re indulging in your favourite desert or other rich foods. When you’re scoffing down your sweet and fattening treat, sip water on the side so that you can focus on the flavour of the food instead of the task of drinking water. It’s kind of like an illusion, are you really drinking water or eating that rich piece of cake.
6. Drink some bubbles
The sparkling water kind. Drinking sparkling water is fun and a great alternative to plain water. It also comes in a variety of flavours and a healthy option instead of fizzy drinks.
