3. Listen To Your Body
As children, we sleep when our body tells us to sleep. But as adults we often lose that tendency. Instead, we’ll keep our bodies awake well beyond comfortable exhaustion levels, usually under the guise of getting things done. Get back in touch with your body, and allow yourself to go to bed when you’re tired, even if it’s early. This can work for naps too, providing you practice good napping behaviours!
4. Have A Good Routine
Having a really clear routine for your nights and mornings is a good way to become a better morning person. At night, you should be focused on routines that slow you down, like having a warm beverage, getting cleaned up, and being cosy in bed. In the morning, your routine should be about action that helps to jump start your day, like coffee, breakfast, and a plan.
