Today we’ll teach you how to make rich and juicy Slow Cooker Corned Beef!
I’ve received so many requests on how to cook corned beef or corned silverside in the slow cooker which is why I finally made this recipe.
We have a few methods – all tried and true! Let us know how your Slow Cooker Corned Beef turns out!
Method

Remove the meat from the packet and wash well under a running tap.

Place the washed meat in the slow cooker.

Using a jug, fill the slow cooker with water until the meat is just covered.

Cook on high for four hours or low for 8 hours.

Placed the washed corned beef in the slow cooker and 3/4 fill with water.

Add the brown vinegar and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.

Place the cinnamon stick in the water.

Cook on high for four hours or low for 8 hours.

Placed the washed corned beef in the slow cooker and pour over the ginger ale.

Add the quartered onions and the cloves and cook for four hours on high or eight hours on low.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Slow Cooker Corned Beef is suitable to freeze for up to three months.
- Place in a Glad ziplock bag and push out as much air as possible before placing in the freezer.
