Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Place the dressing the fridge while you prepare the other ingredients and make the layers.

  2. Make sure all ingredients are drained of water and oil. All of it must be dry! Then, take your serving dish and wipe it dry as well.

  3. Take the chopped iceberg lettuce and place it at the bottom of the dish. Spread evenly.

  4. Next, place tomatoes on top of the lettuce, spread evenly to create another layer. Do the same and add in the green peas, eggs and onions. Add in the cheddar cheese as well but leave some for later.

  5. Take out the dressing from the fridge and place it on top of the serving dish and then add in another layer of cheddar cheese spread evenly on top.

  6. Now, take the fried bacon bits (make sure it has little oil as possible and spread it at the centre of the serving dish, leaving an outer layer of dressing and cheese.

  7. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Make sure to eat this with a little bit of every layer to appreciate its savoury goodness!
