Protein-packed, powdered peanut butter cookies is a new favourite of mine!
Of course, I love the usual peanut butter cookies but this one is faster to make as I used powder PB and so I can gobble up lots of cookies ASAP!
It’s easy to make and healthy too!
Please don’t expect this to have the deep peanut butter flavour, just a tad bit different but still incredibly delicious! Have a go at these Powdered Peanut Butter Cookies and see for yourself!
Method
Preheat oven to 180..
Using a hand mixer, combine all the ingredients.
Line your baking pan with parchment and drop a spoonful of the mix.
Using a fork , create a criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies become soft and chewy.
