These Christmas Batons are too pretty to eat, but the pain will be worth it because these are super duper yummy!
These sprinkle coated wafers and pretzel and great fun to make and decorate.
Dot them around your Christmas table for a little edible glitz and glam.
Method

Place the sprinkles and sugar crystal crystals into separate containers. Make sure the container is long enough to fit the sticks in.

Lay a piece of baking paper on a tray or plate.

Melt chocolate and place it in a small jug or narrow cup so that it's easier to dip the sticks into.

Dip a wafer bickie or pretzel stick into the melted chocolate then roll in sprinkles. Gently lay on baking paper to set.
It’s easier to create a thicker coating with the sugar crystals but sprinkles work too.
The quantity depends on the size of your sticks or bickies but start with half a block of white chocolate and see how you go.
