A super cheap, easy and filling recipe that the whole family will love… Mince and Noodle Stir Fry!
Now for this recipe for mince and noodle stir fry, you can use any mince you like – we have specified beef, but I’ve made it with chicken mince and pork, and veal mince was equally as delicious. Also, feel free to add as many grated vegetables as you like – it makes it healthier and stretches the recipe out.
I’ve used the standard two-minute noodle packets for this recipe – but it is adaptable. You can use vermicelli, spaghetti, Hokkien – any noodle you like!
We have this dish at least once a fortnight – it’s so easy to throw together, and the kids always love it!
Mince and noodle stir fry is a simple but delicious one-pot meal that will be a hit with the whole family. Start by browning some mince, add onions, garlic, and ginger for flavor, then toss in some egg noodles and your favorite vegetables.
While stirring it together, ensure you get all ingredients cooked evenly before adding a savoury sauce of soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Serve hot with fresh slices of chili for an extra kick.
