I have always dreamed of creating my own fashion line and selling it and becoming a famous fashion designer, worn by the stars! Now it is easier to do it than ever before as clothing manufacturers both in Australia and overseas are becoming more accessible to members of the public. Whether you are wanting a one-off piece of clothing made, or a whole line in all sizes for your booming online store, there is a manufacturer out there to suit your budget and needs.

The following list is recommendations made by our community of Mums who have produced their own clothing in the past. Just make sure you do your homework on each before parting with your cash!

1. Australian Based Clothing Manufacturers:

Always Trendin:	Always Trendin Is your one-stop-shop for creating your own clothing line in the most ethical and sustainable way. From designing garments to customer delivery, they help you with the entire production process. Creating tech packs, low MOQs, and speedy sample turnaround times are what they do best. If you’re ready to create your own label or brand, Always Trendin is an excellent starting point.
CCC Manufacturing:	Specializing in stretch-wear garments (activewear) and producing high-quality fashion garments in conjunction with an in-house pattern-maker. They offer pattern-making, grading, sampling, cutting, manufacturing, or a full-service start-to-finish package. They are based in Brisbane, Queensland.
Cash’s:	Cash’s product belts, patches, branded goods, heat-transfer labels, care labels and hang tags.
Visonise:	Fashion and Design Services based in Australia.
Caryn Luxton Design	Caryn Luxton Design is a leading pattern maker and offers a dedicated team of industry professionals from idea to production. They are located in Sydney.
Manufacture My Product	Manufacture My Product has 40 manufacturers in seven different countries but is Australian-based. They offer manufacturing assistance to anyone wanting to create their own range of textile products and are an agent that represent manufacturers in China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Vietnam.
SNAG Cl othing	Located in Sydney, SNAG Clothing organise for clothing to be made overseas and transported to you here in Australia.
Hingto Manufacturing	Hingto Manufacturing offers ethically made and sourced apparel that can be premade and customized with a design/ logo or completely customizable apparel that can be made from scratch. Located in Australia but available worldwide.
Qualitops	Qualitops is an Australian manufacturer that’s been operating since 1978, offering a variety of clothing manufacture from tops and pants to masks, accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia all items are made in Melbourne, Australia.

OCC Apparel Australia	OCC Apparel coordinates Global Manufacturing options and also does relabelling, embroidery, digital printing, screen printing and more.
Sphinx Australia	Specialises in manufacturing mid to high end garments for both the Australian and International markets.

2. Small Run Clothing Manufacturers:

If you are a start-up in the Fashion Industry or still small, to have your new clothing line manufacturers, you will probably be looking at a Small Run Manufacturer. These are manufacturers that will take smaller orders, usually between 30 – 500 pieces at a time at a minimum.

GEMI Clothing Manufacturing	GEMI Clothing is Australian based with manufacturing done ethically in Bali, they offer both small and large clothing orders which are perfect for any business.
Harris Darmawan Garment	Located in Denpasar, Harris Darmawan was established in 1994 and will manufacture anything you wish!
House of Ioco Fashion Factory	House of Ioco is located in Seminyak and produce designer clothing and couture garments.
King Trading Manufacturer	King Trading is the only Balinese company that can import specific fabrics for your needs tax and duty-free. They are located in Kerobokan.
Yogi and Boo:	A Balinese-based ethical clothing manufacturer and designer. They are located in Kuta.

Bryden Apparel	Bryden was established in 2013 to help independent fashion brands, large fashion houses and e-commerce retailers. They assist clients with designing, creating packs, sourcing fabrics, creating samples and bulk apparel production.

Hi-Style Manufacturing Company	Manufacturers of Pyjamas, Robes, Jumpsuits, Lingerie, Loungewear and Fashion Accessories.
Savvy Garments	Savvy Garments make menswear, women’s fashion and generally anything you want to make. They do have a minimum ordering quantity requirement and they don’t charge for samples that are part of the manufacturing process.
