Homemade Fajitas are great!
A Fajita bowl is amazingly delicious and satisfying. What’s great about it is that you can add absolutely whatever! Yes, whatever you like.
I love Mexican food. It’s quick, tasty and the kids love it! It’s always fresh but a little bit naughty!
Method
-
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, add in the meat then stir and coat. Leave the meat for 30 minutes to soak.
-
Heat the frying pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the onion is translucent.
-
Serve with tortillas and sour cream or in a bowl with some corn kernels, avocado, rice and fresh tomatoes.
