This is my Grandma’s shortbread recipe.
See, I come from a large family with lots of Aunties, Uncles and cousins. Grandma used to make us all a batch of every Christmas. They are delicious and easy to make.

Method

Preheat the oven to 160 Degrees

In a bowl add the butter and sugar cream using electric mixer until light and fluffy

In another bowl, sift flour and rice flour together

Lightly knead together until smooth

On a lightly floured surface, roll out and cut into a desired shape

Place on greased oven tray and bake for 30 minutes until pale brown
