Baked Three Cheese Pasta is a simple and delicious dish.
It’s perfect to feed the hungry munchkins when you are strapped for time and energy!
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Meanwhile, heat cream and stock in medium saucepan until hot. Remove from heat, add Fontina, Gorgonzola and half the Parmesan; stir until melted.
Add mustard and herbs.
Drain pasta and combine with cream mixture.
Pour pasta mix into 2.5 litres oven proof dish. Top with remaining Parmesan.
Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
Baked Three Cheese Pasta is best made close to serving.
