Made with the traditional two-minute noodle packs that most of us already have in their pantry – this is a quick and delicious after school snack – and you can even pack them cold for school lunches the next day.
Method

Cook the two-minute noodles and drain well (discard noodle seasoning).

Whisk the eggs well.

Mix all the ingredients together until combined.

Heat frypan with a little oil and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
